Unsurpassed Customer Service - We will provide first-rate customer service to our homeowners during the warranty period in a timely and professional manner.  Subsequently, we will assist our homeowners in their efforts of continued home maintenance by providing personal inspections, answering questions, and providing the names of several licensed, well-reputed subcontractors to assist them.

Deep Respect for the Natural Environment - In design and site planning of a home, we thoughtfully consider the impact on the fragile Sonoran desert environment; including vegetation, views, boulders, and land.  It is our intention that during construction of the home that disturbances to the surrounding area are minimized; and that after construction is completed, that those disturbed areas will be replanted as naturally as possible.
