I wanted to let you know how appreciative we are of the relationship and overall experience we have had with LaBlonde Homes. I can’t believe it has been almost four years since we initially met with you and selected LaBlonde to design and build our home at Troon North.

I thought this thank you letter would mean more to you and your team two and a half years (2.5yrs) after moving into our home than if I were to have written 2.5 months after doing so.

Your commitment to make us satisfied costumers started the first day we met with you. The continued relationship we have had after building and moving in has been top notch and frankly a pleasant surprise. The questions and comments we still hear form your employees and specialty tradesman about different aspects of our home that they were apart of are tremendous touches that will continue to help your “Brand” in the valley.

Thanks again for your flexibility, your honesty, and for never making us feel like we were on opposite ends of the table as issues came up during building AND after taking possession. Those service characteristics, along with your architectural creativity and project management will continue to allow you to attract the best costumers and I am sure more ecstatic and referenceable customers like us. You clearly deserve all the custom home builder awards bestowed upon you in recent years!!! Congratulations!!!

Dear Tom,

This year marks one year since Barry and I moved into our home. It seems like a food time to take a moment and share our thoughts with you regarding our experience with LaBlonde Development.

There has been one constant question asked by friends, family, and other people we have met who are considering building; how could we have built a home while living out of the country in Aruba and not be there on a day-to-day basis to oversee that building? It is very easy to answer them.

Both Barry and I think back about eight years ago to that first house you built for us, and remember working with a person and a company that displayed a huge commitment to honesty and integrity for both a relationship with us, and in the quality of our home. In both our fist experience of working with you and the rest of the team at LaBlonde Development, and now this, our second experience, it was that continuous display of honesty and integrity, as well as the flexibility everyone showed for changes discussed and requested during the building process that instilled in us a sense of confidence that we could build a home and not feel the need to be there every minute. Of course I would be remiss if I didn’t thank you once again for your patience and willingness to research and answer the multitude of questions and details I constantly asked. You Tom, and everyone we worked with, made building both our home an easy and pleasant experience. We can never say thanks enough.

If, at any time, you would like us to share our experience with other potential customers, please do not hesitate to ask.
